Operation procedure
1. Take out the tubing: press the unlock button on the reel to release the locking device, then hold the refueling gun, smoothly pull the tubing outward, according to the needs of the refueling position, pull out the appropriate length, pay attention to avoid excessive bending or distortion of the tubing.
Insert the refueling gun: Insert the refueling gun accurately into the tank port of the vehicle to ensure that the insertion depth is appropriate to prevent oil spatter during refueling.
2. Start refueling: On the operation panel of the refueling machine, select the refueling method according to the demand, such as quantitative refueling or according to the amount of refueling, enter the corresponding value, press the start button to start refueling.
3. Monitoring of the refueling process: During the refueling process, the operator should not leave the scene, pay close attention to the oil output of the refueling gun and the status of the vehicle fuel tank to prevent oil overflow. At the same time, the refueling speed can be controlled by the trigger of the refueling gun according to actual needs.
4. End refueling: When the set amount or amount of refueling is reached, or when the tank is about to be filled, the refueling machine will automatically stop oil. At this time, remove the fuel gun from the tank port and wipe the head of the fuel gun with a clean rag to prevent the residual oil from dripping.
5. Recover the oil pipe: Hang the fuel gun back to the gun holder of the reel, gently pull the oil pipe, the reel will automatically recover the oil pipe under the action of the internal spring. During the recovery process, ensure that the tubing is wrapped neatly and not caught by surrounding objects.
