1. Design and Structure
Boasting a streamlined 2PC structure design, this valve simplifies installation to perfection. Constructed from premium 201, 304, and 316 stainless steel, it guarantees exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion. It features a versatile standard bore/full bore design. The threads can be precisely manufactured to BSPT, NPT, DIN2999 specifications. Additionally, it includes a secure locking handle, prioritizing safety.
2. Performance Specifications
Designed to withstand rigorous conditions, it supports a nominal pressure range of PN4.0 to 6.4MPa, ensuring reliability and performance.
With impressive strength, it undergoes rigorous strength test pressures at pT2.4, 3.8, 6.0, and 9.6MPa, affirming its robustness.
For secure sealing, it is tested at a low-pressure seal test pressure of 0.6MPa, ensuring a leak-free performance.
Versatile and adaptable, our valve is suitable for a range of media including water, oil, and gas (Q11F - (40 - 64)C), with an extensive applicable temperature range from -29 °C to 180 °C, accommodating various applications.
