It is installed in the vertical pipe of DN100 of the underground storage tank and connected to the oil unloading port. When the oil level in the tank is within 200 millimeters from the top of the tank, the main valve will close to prevent accidental overflow. After the main valve is closed, the oil accumulated in the oil unloading hose can only be drained through a bypass valve. The flow rate is controlled within 2 - 20 liters per minute until the liquid level rises to within 76 millimeters from the top of the tank.
