The oil - gas recovery valve is mainly used to control the flow of oil and gas in the recovery system. Its design purpose is to allow oil and gas to flow from one place (such as an oil tanker or an oil storage tank) to the oil - gas recovery device under specific conditions. Its working principle involves multiple mechanisms such as pressure control and flow control.
Working Principle and Characteristics of the Oil - Gas Recovery Valve
Pressure Control:The oil - gas recovery valve usually operates according to the pressure difference between the oil tank and the recovery device. When the oil - gas pressure inside the oil tank is higher than that inside the oil - gas recovery device, the valve opens and the oil and gas start to flow towards the recovery device. For example, during the loading and unloading of oil products in an oil tanker, as the oil products are injected, the oil - gas pressure inside the oil tank increases. When it reaches the opening pressure of the oil - gas recovery valve, the valve opens and the oil and gas are transported to the recovery equipment.
Flow Regulation: Some oil - gas recovery valves also have the function of flow regulation to ensure that the oil and gas can enter the recovery device at an appropriate speed and flow rate. This helps to optimize the recovery process and improve the recovery efficiency.

Prevention of Oil - Gas Leakage: Another important function of the oil - gas recovery valve is to prevent the leakage of oil and gas.
