 Sphere Part
It is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant premium metal materials, such as stainless steel 304 or 316L.  Sealing Components
High-performance sealing materials, such as fluoroelastomer and nitrile rubber, are equipped. These sealing materials have excellent oil resistance, aging resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, and can maintain a stable sealing effect for a long time under various harsh working environments. Working Principle
During oil product loading and unloading operations, the spherical oil and gas recovery loading and unloading couplings are used in conjunction with corresponding loading and unloading equipment. When filling oil, the oil and gas in the oil tanker are guided back to the storage tank or the oil and gas recovery device through the coupling. The special structure inside the coupling enables the oil and gas to flow smoothly, and at the same time, under the action of the sealing components, the oil and gas are prevented from leaking into the atmosphere. During the oil unloading process, oil and gas can also be recovered in the reverse direction, ensuring that the oil and gas are always in a closed circulation system throughout the loading and unloading process.
