I. Working Principle: A Precise Pressure Regulation Mechanism

The vacuum pressure valve is mainly composed of components such as the valve body, valve cover, valve disc, and spring. Its working principle is based on the change of pressure difference. When the pressure inside the equipment is higher than the set upper pressure limit, the pressure pushes the valve disc to overcome the elastic force of the spring, causing the valve to open. The gas inside the equipment is then discharged, and the pressure decreases accordingly. When the pressure drops below the set value, the elastic force of the spring pushes the valve disc to return to its original position, closing the valve and stopping the gas discharge.
When the pressure inside the equipment is lower than the set lower vacuum limit, the external atmospheric pressure is greater than the pressure inside the equipment. The atmospheric pressure acts on the valve disc, overcoming the spring force to open the valve. External air enters the equipment to balance the pressure. When the pressure rises back to the normal range, the valve disc closes again. This precise pressure sensing and regulation mechanism ensures that the pressure inside the equipment is always within a safe and stable range.
