1. Design and Structure
Featuring an ingenious 2PC structure design, this valve makes installation a breeze. Constructed from top-grade 201, 304, and 316 stainless steel, it guarantees long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion. Boasting a standard bore/full bore design, the threading is adaptable to BSPT, NPT, DIN2999 standards, and is equipped with a secure locking handle to ensure safety.
2. Performance Specifications
Nominal pressure levels are set at PN4.0, 6.4MPa, offering reliable performance under varied conditions.
Undergoes rigorous strength testing with pressures of pT2.4, 3.8, 6.0, and 9.6MPa, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
Low-pressure seal testing is conducted at 0.6MPa to ensure uncompromised sealing and functionality.
Versatile in its application, this valve efficiently manages media like Q11F - (40 - 64)C water, oil, and gas. It operates in a temperature range from -29 °C to 180 °C, making it suitable for diverse industrial environments.

Available in a variety of sizes, our valve caters to diverse application needs. For instance, the NPS 1/4 size features a DN of 6, with a diameter of 5, a length of 40, a height of 34, and a width of 70. Further sizes are available to meet specific requirements effectively.

The robust valve body is constructed from CF8/CF8M, while the ball and stem are crafted from resilient SS304/SS316. Additional components like the packing gland, handle, and nut are made of SS304, ensuring superior quality and reliability across all parts.
