1. Design and Structure
Engineered with a sophisticated 2PC structure design, this valve offers streamlined installation. The robust valve body, meticulously crafted from 201, 304, or 316 stainless steel, guarantees exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Featuring a versatile standard bore/full bore design, it accommodates various thread types including BSPT, NPT, and DIN2999. The inclusion of a locking handle adds an element of safety, ensuring secure operation.
2. Performance Specifications
This valve is designed to withstand nominal pressures of PN4.0 and 6.4MPa, providing reliable performance under demanding conditions.
With strength test pressures of pT2.4, 3.8, 6.0, and an impressive 9.6MPa, this valve is engineered for rigorous applications.
The low-pressure seal test pressure of 0.6MPa ensures a reliable seal, offering superior performance in low-pressure applications.
This versatile valve is ideal for use with media including Q11F-(40-64)C water, oil, and gas, and boasts an adaptable temperature range from -29°C to 180°C, ensuring optimal functionality across a wide array of conditions.
