The ingenious two-piece design ensures straightforward installation, while the ball valve mechanism offers seamless 90-degree on/off control. For enhanced security, the valve can be tailored with a lock feature.
1. Design and Structure
Our valve features a sophisticated 2PC structure design that makes installation a breeze. Constructed from robust 201, 304, and 316 stainless steel, it guarantees long-lasting durability and superior corrosion resistance. With both standard bore and full bore designs available, it accommodates diverse needs. The threads are skillfully manufactured in BSPT, NPT, and DIN2999, and it is equipped with a locking handle for added safety.
2. Performance Specifications
The valve is designed to handle nominal pressures of PN4.0 to 6.4MPa, ensuring reliable performance under various conditions.
It withstands strength test pressures ranging from pT2.4, 3.8, 6.0 to 9.6MPa, showcasing its robustness.
With a low-pressure seal test pressure of 0.6MPa, this valve ensures tight sealing and exceptional reliability.
Perfectly suited for media such as Q11F-(40-64)C water, oil, and gas, it operates efficiently within a temperature range of -29 °C to 180 °C, making it a versatile choice for diverse applications.
3. Size List
Available in a range of sizes, the valve caters to various application needs. For instance, the NPS 1/4 variant boasts a DN of 6, with a diameter of 5, a length of 40, a height of 34, and a width of 70. Additional sizes are also available to meet different requirements.

The valve body is expertly crafted from CF8/CF8M, while the ball and stem are made from premium SS304/SS316. Other components, such as the packing gland, handle, and nut, are also manufactured from robust SS304, ensuring consistent quality and longevity.
