1. Design and Structure
Engineered with a streamlined 2PC structure, this valve design significantly eases installation processes. Constructed from robust 201, 304, and 316 stainless steels, the valve exhibits exceptional durability and superior resistance to corrosion. Featuring a versatile standard bore/full bore design, this valve adapts to various threading requirements including BSPT, NPT, and DIN2999, and is equipped with a locking handle for enhanced operational safety.
2. Performance Specifications
Designed to endure high pressures, this valve boasts a nominal pressure capacity of PN4.0 and 6.4MPa.
Undergoes rigorous strength testing with pressure parameters set at pT2.4, 3.8, 6.0, and 9.6MPa, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions.
Engineered for precision, it features a low-pressure seal test capacity of 0.6MPa, ensuring a reliable seal under minimal pressure conditions.
This versatile valve is compatible with a range of media, including Q11F-(40-64)C water, oil, and gas, functioning efficiently within a broad temperature range of -29 °C to 180 °C.
