Product Description
The Two - Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valve is of high quality. Made of 316, 304, 201 stainless steel, it is durable and corrosion - resistant. Its two - piece structure simplifies installation. The ball valve mechanism allows for easy 90 - degree on/off control. It can be customized with a lock for security.
1. Design and Structure
It has a 2PC structure design, which simplifies installation. The valve body is made of 201, 304, 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion - resistance. It has a standard bore/full bore design. The threads can be manufactured by BSPT, NPT, DIN2999, and it comes with a locking handle for safety.
2. Performance Specifications
Nominal pressure: PN4.0, 6.4MPa.
Strength test pressure: pT2.4, 3.8, 6.0, 9.6MPa.
Low - pressure seal test pressure: 0.6MPa.
It is applicable to media such as Q11F - (40 - 64)C water, oil, gas, with an applicable temperature range of - 29 °C - 180 °C.
3. Size List
The valve comes in various sizes. For example, for NPS 1/4, the DN is 6, with d (diameter) being 5, L (length) being 40, H (height) being 34, and W (width) being 70. Other sizes are also available, catering to different application requirements.
4. Main Construction Materials
The valve body is made of CF8/CF8M, the ball is made of SS304/SS316, the stem is made of SS304/SS316, and other components such as the packing gland are made of SS304. The handle is made of SS304, and the nut is made of SS304.
