Introducing our high-caliber Two-Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valve, a paragon of quality and reliability. Forged from premium grades of stainless steel-316, 304, and 201-this valve offers exceptional durability and robust resistance to corrosion. Its ingeniously designed two-piece structure facilitates effortless installation, while the ball valve mechanism ensures seamless 90-degree on/off control. Further enhancing its versatility, it can be tailored with an optional lock to fortify security.
1. Design and Structure
Boasting a state-of-the-art 2PC structure, this valve is crafted for simplified installation. The valve body, formed from 201, 304, and 316 stainless steel, guarantees enduring durability and formidable resistance to corrosion. It features a standard bore/full bore design that accommodates diverse application needs. Thread options include BSPT, NPT, and DIN2999, while a locking handle provides an extra layer of safety.
2. Performance Specifications
Nominal pressure capability at PN4.0 and 6.4MPa.
Strength test pressure levels: pT2.4, 3.8, 6.0, and 9.6MPa.
Low-pressure seal test pressure: rigorously tested at 0.6MPa.
Ideally suited for media such as Q11F-(40-64)C water, oil, and gas, it operates effectively within a temperature range of -29 °C to 180 °C.

Our valve is available in an array of sizes to meet various demands. For instance, the NPS 1/4 boasts a DN of 6, a diameter of 5, a length of 40, a height of 34, and a width of 70. We offer additional sizes to accommodate a multitude of application needs.
4. Main Construction Materials
Exemplifying superior craftsmanship, the valve body is constructed from CF8/CF8M, while the ball and stem are made of SS304/SS316. Additional components like the packing gland and handle are crafted from SS304, and the nut is also made of SS304, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
