This Remote Anti-Overflow Valve is a critical safety device designed to prevent fuel spills during tanker unloading operations. Installed in the vertical pipe (DN100) of underground oil storage tanks, it automatically shuts off the main valve when the liquid level reaches 200 mm below the tank top, while redirecting residual fuel through a bypass valve at a controlled flow rate of 2-20 L/min until the level stabilizes at 76 mm from the top.
Automatic Shutoff:
Main valve closes instantly when the oil level approaches 200 mm below the tank top, preventing overflow accidents.
Controlled Bypass Drainage:
Integrated bypass valve ensures safe drainage of residual fuel at 2-20 L/min, avoiding sudden pressure surges.
