1. Design and Structure
Our ball valve boasts a sophisticated 2PC structure design that significantly simplifies installation. Constructed with a choice of 201, 304, or 316 stainless steel, it promises exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The valve features a standard bore/full bore design, adaptable to your needs. Threads are available in BSPT, NPT, and DIN2999, complemented by a locking handle for amplified safety and peace of mind.
2. Performance Specifications
This valve is engineered to handle a nominal pressure of PN4.0, 6.4MPa, ensuring robust performance.
The strength test pressure is rated at pT2.4, 3.8, 6.0, 9.6MPa, offering reliable endurance under pressure.
For low-pressure seal tests, the pressure is an efficient 0.6MPa, assuring dependable sealing capability.
Designed for versatility, this valve is suitable for media such as water, oil, and gas, denoted as Q11F-(40-64)C. It operates efficiently within a broad temperature spectrum of -29°C to 180°C, making it ideal for various industrial applications.

Available in a diverse range of sizes, this valve accommodates various application needs. For instance, NPS 1/4 features a DN of 6, with dimensions of d (diameter) 5, L (length) 40, H (height) 34, and W (width) 70. Additional sizes are available to meet your specific requirements.
4. Main Construction Materials
Our valve is constructed from premium materials: the valve body uses CF8/CF8M, while the ball and stem are crafted from SS304/SS316. Complementary components like the packing gland and handle are made from SS304, ensuring strength and durability. The nut is also fashioned from SS304, highlighting our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
